Every year First Baptist Preschool and Kindergarten blasts off the holiday season with a huge celebration for the people we care about most: our families. Using our professional kitchen and our down-home know-how we cook off award-winning turkeys, stuffing, greens, and cornbread. The rest of the feast becomes a potluck with families sharing their favorite treats and helping out with the healthier sides of salads, veggies, juices and other drinks... Thank you to all of you who attended, your contributions and help towards the feast!
The gym was jam-packed with around 200 people total. We sang America the Beautiful and were led in prayer by Pastor Parker. A HUGE Thank You!!! to Ms. Mary Lee for organizing the awesome team of volunteers comprised of our school board members and members of the First Baptist Church of Oak Park. Thank you to our amazing school board members and church volunteers who worked incredibly hard to make a beautiful event for our families and staff!
