The After School Program students created art on the computer using the program Microsoft Paint. Microsoft Paint comes with shapes, drawing and painting tools, and color fills. The students' creations were printed on legal-sized paper and then taped onto "kite" frames made out of dowels bound together with thin wire. We then hung them from the ceiling at the top of the stairs. The first one we created was a "box kite." The blue kite is in the lower left corner is real.
The second "kite" utilized creations made in Paint using yellow, red, black, and white and then taped onto a frame made out of triangles.
The last "kite" was made from Paint creations using blues, greens, and pink and taped onto the dowels that were bound together like the spokes of a wheel.
